1. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DOES eTips Tools COLLECT AND USE?

eTips Tools may collect and use information about you that includes, but is not limited to, information of the following types:

• Information about your interaction and use of the eTips Tools platform, our products and websites, including connection, platform, device and equipment information; customer performance reports, bug reports, device capabilities; bandwidth; page view statistics; traffic from and to our websites; browser type and detection of public access points enabled with eTips Tools and usage statistics.
• Products or services ordered and delivered.
• Correspondence between eTips Tools and you.
• Traffic information (information processed for the purpose of corresponding billing).
• Information about your location, derived from your browser or the mobile device you use. You control when you share your location with third parties.
• Information about the mobile device, for example, the manufacturer's name, model number, operating system, and carrier network.
• Location information and device identifiers derived from your device when you are looking for a public access point compatible with eTips Tools. This information can be used to optimally detect if you meet the requirements to connect using eTips Tools and for the purpose of offering, providing and promoting eTips Tools.
• Access keys from other accounts you associate with your eTips Tools account (such as a Microsoft or Facebook account), which act as an electronic key provided by the service instead of a password for authentication.

2. HOW DOES eTips Tools USE SUCH INFORMATION AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

Our main objective in gathering information is to provide the user with a safe, efficient, personalized and seamless experience. eTips Tools collects and uses personal information related to you, or delegates to third-party service providers the task of collecting and using such data on behalf of eTips Tools, as permitted or necessary to:

• Take, process or deliver orders placed through our websites.
• Bill or notify you of the status of your order.
• Provide customer support and troubleshooting.
• Compare information to verify accuracy.
• Inform you about faults and service updates.
• Request your opinion or participation in electronic surveys.

Please note that information you voluntarily post in your user profile or disclose in forums, discussion boards or by posting comments, will be publicly available and others will be able to see it.

eTips Tools may disclose personal information in order to meet legal requirements, protect our legal rights or defend ourselves from legal claims, protect the interests of eTips Tools, fight against fraud and enforce eTips Tools policies, or protect the rights, property or security of any person.

In order to provide the user with the eTips Tools products requested, eTips Tools may, in some cases and if necessary, share your personal and traffic information with group companies, operators, agents or service providers that are partners of eTips Tools. For example, email delivery, analytics services, customer support services or hosting services. In all cases eTips Tools will require these third parties to take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect your personal and traffic information and to comply with applicable legislation.

eTips Tools may provide personal information, content of communications or traffic information to a governmental, judicial or security authority requesting such information in accordance with the law. eTips Tools will provide reasonable collaboration and information to respond to such a request and you hereby consent to such disclosure.

Information collected or sent by eTips Tools may be stored and processed in Chile or any other country where eTips Tools or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers have facilities. In this regard, or in order to share or disclose information as indicated in article 3, eTips Tools reserves the right to transfer information outside the user's country. By using the eTips Tools platform, websites or products, you authorize such transfer of information outside your country.

As eTips Tools continues to expand its business, it may purchase or sell subsidiaries or business units. In transactions where eTips Tools or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, the personal information of eTips Tools users will generally constitute one of the transferred business assets. We reserve the right to include your personal information in any such transfer to a third party.

4. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW DOES eTips Tools USE THEM?

By using the eTips Tools platform or websites, you consent to the use of cookies. You can choose to decline cookies at any time by changing your browser settings (if your browser allows), or by not using the eTips Tools platform or websites. Please note that some features are only available through the use of cookies and if you choose not to accept them, those features may not be available.

5. USER PROFILE

The user profile is the information you provided when registering, which appears in your eTips Tools profile on the personal data page of your account. It may include your username, full name, address, landline and mobile phone numbers, gender, date of birth, country, language, URL of the "About Me" page and any other information you choose. You can access your user profile from your eTips Tools account to view, edit or complete information, and remove non-mandatory information.

6. LINKED WEBSITES AND THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS

On eTips Tools websites, there may be links that allow you to leave the eTips Tools site and access another third-party website. Linked sites are not under the control of eTips Tools and have different privacy policies. The eTips Tools Privacy Policy only applies to the personal information obtained from the websites through your use of the eTips Tools platform or products, or through your relationship with eTips Tools. For this reason, eTips Tools urges users to be careful when entering any type of personal information on the Internet. eTips Tools accepts no responsibility for such websites.

If you use third-party extras, plugins or applications together with the eTips Tools platform, or use third-party applications or products that incorporate or include the eTips Tools platform ("Applications"), the provider of those Applications may obtain access to certain personal information about you. eTips Tools cannot control how the provider of the Applications uses the personal information available in connection with these Applications. Be sure to review the privacy policies or other clauses governing the use of such Applications before installation.

7. HOW DOES eTips Tools PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

eTips Tools shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information and traffic information provided or collected, in due compliance with the corresponding obligations and exceptions under applicable law. Only authorized employees of eTips Tools or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers who need access to such information in order to perform their work tasks may have access to the user's personal or traffic information.

eTips Tools may use automated scanning within the information generated in users' daily operations to (a) identify suspicious unwanted content or (b) identify information that has been previously flagged as unwanted, fraud or identity theft. eTips Tools may, in its sole discretion, block or prevent the delivery of suspicious unwanted information or remove suspicious content, as well as the corresponding user accounts that generated such content.

8. CONTACT WITH THE USER

eTips Tools may occasionally request information about your experiences in order to evaluate and improve quality. At no time are you obligated to provide such information. All information you submit voluntarily through the comment forms of the website or any survey in which you participate will be used to analyze such information and improve the eTips Tools platform and other eTips Tools websites and products.

eTips Tools may contact you to send you messages about faults or service problems. Additionally, eTips Tools reserves the right to use email or the eTips Tools platform or SMS to notify you of any claim related to your use of the eTips Tools platform, products or websites, for example but not limited to, claims for violation of third-party rights.

eTips Tools may also use email, SMS or the eTips Tools platform to keep you informed of news about the application and the eTips Tools products you have purchased, or to inform you about other eTips Tools products or provide you with other information related to eTips Tools.

9. HOW CAN YOU ACCESS AND MODIFY YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

You have the right to access your personal information and to modify it when necessary. You can view or modify some of your information online by logging into your account page at eTips Tools. Within a reasonable period of time and once your identity is verified, we will respond to your request to view, correct, complete or remove your personal information.

eTips Tools will make all reasonable efforts to comply with requests for the removal of personal information, unless it must be retained due to a legal requirement or for lawful commercial purposes.

10. HOW LONG DOES eTips Tools KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

eTips Tools will retain the personal information of the user for as long as necessary to: (1) comply with any of the Objectives (as defined in article 2 of this Privacy Policy) or (2) comply with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and relevant orders of competent courts.
